Step-by-Step Integration Instructions
Step 1: Request platform access to begin onboarding.
To begin using Estimate AI, your organization must first request platform access.
- Contact the Estimate AI Sales team to initiate onboarding
- A secure onboarding agreement will be provided for review and completion
- Provide Xactimate login credentials for authorized users during onboarding
Once the agreement and credentials are received, the Estimate AI team will begin configuring your organization’s account.
Step 2: Account setup and verification.
After onboarding documentation is completed:
- Estimate AI securely configures your organization’s account
- The Estimate AI team notifies Verisk that your users are enrolled for the integration
- Access is enabled within the Verisk estimating ecosystem
Users will receive confirmation once activation is complete.
Step 3: Access the integration in Xactimate.
After activation, users can access Estimate AI directly within their estimating environment.
- Log into Xactimate
- Navigate to the Tools section
- Select Referral from the dropdown menu
- Choose Estimate AI from the available integration options
Selecting Estimate AI sends your XML estimate to your Estimate AI Dashboard.
Step 4: Training and onboarding.
Once access is active, your team will receive guided onboarding to ensure successful implementation.

Once estimate reconciliation is complete, users can submit updated information back into their estimating workflow.

- Review the updated estimate for final verification and approval
- Complete the estimate within Xactimate
- The finalized estimate and compliant notes are submitted to XactAnalysis
